Inventory Control Coordinator
Keep inventory accurate. We're looking for an Inventory Control Specialist to help manage, track, and resolve inventory issues across our operations. If you like working with data, solving discrepancies, and partnering with teams to keep operations running smoothly, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a stable healthcare environment.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
Research missing, delayed, or disputed inventory
Reconcile inventory reports and ensure data accuracy
Coordinate product returns, exchanges, and asset recovery
Monitor inventory movement and maintain system integrity
Generate weekly and monthly inventory and audit reports
Partner with sales and operations teams to resolve issues quickly
Support inventory requests, fulfillment, and special orders
Opportunity to build expertise in inventory control and operations
2+ years of inventory control, warehouse, or data-related experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems
Background in medical device or healthcare industry
