Document Control Coordinator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 to $ 22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Various shifts available (Monday through Saturday)

• Process and organize manufacturing paperwork, production records, and quality documentation for completed product batches.
• Collect batch tickets, batch pull tickets, production fill tickets, and required quality documents from various departments.
• Review and verify documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with good documentation practices.
• Handle field tickets and verify required information, including signatures and completion details.
• Validate documentation to ensure all required approvals, signatures, and data are accurate.

Document Control Coordinator Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, production, quality, or administrative paperwork experience preferred.
• Experience processing paperwork, reviewing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
• Experience handling field tickets, verifying signatures, and validating completed documentation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors, missing information, or inconsistencies.
• Food, dietary supplement, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing experience is a plus.
