Seeking a Detail-Oriented Scheduling Coordinator at HomePro

What You'll Do as a Scheduling Coordinator:

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage and optimize the scheduling of installation and service appointments, ensuring a smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.

Customer Communication: Act as a liaison between our technicians and customers, providing timely updates and adjustments to schedules as necessary.

Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of technicians and resources to maximize efficiency and meet operational goals.

Data Management: Maintain accurate scheduling records and provide reports on productivity and scheduling trends to support decision-making.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the customer service and technical teams to address any scheduling conflicts or concerns promptly.

**Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager Our Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in scheduling, logistics, or a similar coordination role, preferably in the tech or home services industry
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple schedules simultaneously
Strong communication skills for effectively dealing with customers and team members
Ability to problem-solve scheduling conflicts and propose effective solutions
Familiarity with scheduling software and tools
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
High school diploma required; further education is a plus
