Yard Coordinator

Position Household Goods Coordinator (Temp to Hire) Responsibilities Communicate with customers to prepare necessary documents for residential or organizational moves. Provide customer service via email or phone to complete required documents. Ensure all shipment documentation is completed as required. Coordinate with the moving team to ensure proper packing, removal, and loading of customers’ goods. Maintain a professional relationship with the moving team. Carefully pack and deliver belongings. Assist with general business support tasks as assigned. Be bilingual in English and Japanese (read, write, and speak). Working Hours and Style 8:00‑17:00 Working Location Grapevine, TX Salary and Benefits $20‑22 per hour (Temp to Hire, DOE) Qualifications Bilingual in English and Japanese. Computer skills: data entry, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Clearly communicate directions to drivers and the moving team. Able to work overtime to meet customer needs. Strong customer service skills. Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to work outside in the elements (rain, snow, cold, heat). Organization Relationships Will work with all levels in the organization as well as customers. Work Environment (With or without accommodations) This position is predominantly outdoors, moving, lifting, packing, in all elements with some office work at times, hours can be variable.
