Litigation Paralegal

Supporting the Global Law & Policy Corporate team, the full-time Litigation Paralegal will manage litigation data, assist with e-discovery, and prepare reports for senior leadership while working onsite in Cambridge or potentially remotely for highly qualified candidates. Key responsibilities Prepare and support high-value reporting to senior leadership and coordinate with outside counsel and government agencies Maintain and develop internal databases of litigation data and assist in drafting legal documents and correspondence Manage billing for outside counsel, track financial reserves, and oversee matter management systems for accurate reporting of case data Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably with in-house legal experience Excellent Microsoft Office skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365 collaborative tools Experience in creating and analyzing databases of litigation data Hands-on experience using AI-driven legal tools and a commitment to continuous process improvement Virtual Vocations Inc
