Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or relevant field, or equivalent work experience required in lieu of a degree
3+ years experience working in a similar function in a manufacturing environment, preferred
2+ years experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Payroll, Facilities, etc., preferred
Knowledge of labor management systems and incentive-based pay, preferred
Knowledge of Lean and Continuous Improvement concepts, preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain product costing systems
Manage product routing systems
Oversee process standards systems
Develop and maintain production methods
Maintain pay systems for manufacturing and warehouse personnel
