Assistant to Two Talent Managers
Industry Entertainment
Industry Entertainment seeks an enthusiastic, bright assistant to work for two talent managers. 1 year agency / management company desk experience, or previous entertainment experience required. Responsibilities Rolling calls Heavy scheduling and calendar management Providing administrative and client support including scheduling auditions and coordinating with casting directors, publicists, and productions Covering scripts and projects for potential consideration Managing client's schedules and handling logistics, as well as covering clients when needed Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive Docs, Breakdown Express, InEntertainment, and an editing software such as iMovie is a plus Qualifications An ideal candidate will be personable, calm, and organized under pressure.
