Patient Account Representative

Job Description Job Description Tavelli Co., Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Patient Account Representative to join our winning team. We are looking for a high-energy individual with a positive attitude that is hardworking, reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and an excellent multitasker. This position will be in-office at our Santa Rosa Location. Responsibilities: Work closely with First-Party Receivables Manager Make outbound calls and answer inbound calls to assist our clients’ patients in resolving their account balances Review information on patient accounts by accessing various screens and accurately updating account information as needed Locate and update patient information when needed Manage a large queue of patient accounts effectively and efficiently Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required 1-2 years of experience in medical insurance, medical billing, or receivables highly preferred, but not required Computer experience: Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word proficiency preferred Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Must be capable of working independently and with a team Meet and exceed individual monthly goals Excellent attendance Benefits: On the job training Opportunity for growth Earned Bonuses Medical Benefits Paid Time Off \nCompany Description Tavelli Co., Inc. was founded on the core belief that business should be done the right way and is proud to be a family-owned and operated business, helmed by two generations of the Tavelli family.
