Assistant Dining Manager

We're seeking a motivated, service-focused Assistant Dining Manager to support daily dining operations, lead team members, and help deliver exceptional service to residents. What You'll Do

• Support the Dining Manager in overseeing daily dining and service operations
• Lead by example to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Assist with staff scheduling, team coordination, and daily workflow management
• Help recruit, train, coach, and develop dining team members
• Ensure dining areas are clean, welcoming, and maintained to company standards
• Monitor service quality, address concerns, and resolve issues professionally
• Support inventory management, supplies, and operational needs
• Assist with special events, catering, and dining programs as needed
• Promote compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
• Foster a positive, collaborative, and guest-focused team culture
