Gym Manager (Anytime Fitness – Bedford Hills, NY) We are seeking a Gym Manager (part‑time or full‑time) to lead our Anytime Fitness club in Bedford Hills, Westchester County. The role requires one plus year of fitness center management experience, a strong customer service focus, and availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays. Candidates must live within a 30‑minute radius and have a reliable vehicle. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service, handling prospective members, billing, and security matters. Maintain facility cleanliness and organization. Manage emails and ongoing marketing communications (phone, text, Club‑Os). Sales of memberships and personal training packages, preferably with personal training certification. Perform clerical office tasks such as CRM database entry, filing, and payment tracking/billing. Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in all member interactions. Ensure availability for full weekend days, evenings (until approximately 9 PM), and holidays. Required Experience & Qualifications Minimum 1 year managing a fitness center or similar environment. Certified Personal Trainer (preferred) or willingness to obtain certification.
