Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?Role SummaryThe Anheuser-Busch Tour Center delivers memorable tours and guest experiences highlighted by three National Landmarksthe Budweiser Clydesdales Stable, the Bevo Packaging Plant, and the historic Old Lyon Schoolhouse. As a Tour Guide you will get to understand the story and history to share with our guests.Job ResponsibilitiesDeliver a company-approved presentation to large groups of guests, ensuring accurate and engaging storytelling.Serve in various host roles, including reception and front-desk support.Support and assist with special events and on-site programs.Provide guests with directions, information, and on-site assistance as needed.Respond to guest inquiries while delivering a welcoming, memorable customer experience.Maintain a high level of professionalism in all public-facing and customer service interactions.Job QualificationsMust be at least 18 years of age.Public speaking experience preferred.Ability to memorize and confidently deliver a detailed 1015?page tour script.Must be dependable, enthusiastic, cheerful, and professional.Strong customer service and leadership skills.Willingness to work in all weather conditions.Ability to lift and carry boxes or inventory items up to 50 lbs.Why Anheuser-Busch: At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
