Your expertise and dedication will play a pivotal role in crafting unforgettable vacations that clients will cherish for years to come. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and recommend suitable cruise packages tailored to their preferences Manage the complete booking process, including accommodations, dining, and enjoyable excursions Provide exceptional customer service by quickly addressing inquiries and keeping clients informed Foster lasting relationships with clients to encourage future bookings and referrals Keep up-to-date with cruise industry news, trends, and promotions to inform and assist clients better Requirements Requirements: A strong passion for travel and the cruise industry Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects effectively Comfortable using digital tools and technology to assist clients Self-driven, with the ability to work independently in a home office setting Previous customer service or travel industry experience is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key!
