Collision Repair General Manager

Kaizen Collision Center – El Mirage, AZ
Full-Time | $90,000–$110,000 Base Salary + Bonus & Commission

Kaizen Collision Center is looking for an experienced Collision Repair General Manager to lead our El Mirage, Arizona location.

We’re looking for a proven collision repair leader who understands production, profitability, KPIs, people, and customer service — and knows how to turn that knowledge into results.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll be responsible for the overall performance of the collision center, including production, employees, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and day-to-day operations.

Compensation

$90,000–$110,000 Base Salary + Bonus & Commission

Additional bonus and commission opportunities are available based on performance and results.

Base salary will be based on experience, qualifications, and leadership background.

Responsibilities

• Manage all day-to-day operations of the collision center
• Lead estimators, technicians, painters, parts personnel, CSRs, and production staff
• Drive sales, revenue, gross profit, and overall profitability
• Monitor and improve KPIs including cycle time, touch time, efficiency, productivity, and throughput
• Identify production bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Recruit, train, coach, and retain employees
• Establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable
• Manage labor and operating expenses
• Ensure repairs are completed according to OEM procedures and quality standards
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction
• Manage insurance and DRP relationships
• Build strong relationships with vendors and business partners
• Resolve customer, employee, and operational issues
• Maintain a safe, organized, professional, and productive shop

Qualifications

Previous collision repair management experience is required.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience managing a collision repair facility
• Experience managing a high-volume collision center
• Strong knowledge of collision repair production and workflow
• Knowledge of insurance claims and DRP programs
• Strong financial and operational understanding
• Experience managing KPIs and shop profitability
• Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain employees
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
• Strong commitment to quality and customer service
• Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
• Valid driver's license

I-CAR, ASE, and OEM certifications are a plus.
