• Menu Development : Craft and refine a menu that reflects our community-focused ethos while delighting our guests.
• Kitchen Leadership : Lead and inspire a team of kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and a collaborative work environment.
• Food Preparation : Oversee the preparation of high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate.
• Inventory Management : Manage ordering and inventory to maintain stock levels while minimizing waste.
• Health & Safety Compliance : Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation in the kitchen.
• Collaboration : Work closely with management to align the kitchen’s operations with the cafe’s overall goals.

We’re seeking a Head Chef who brings skill, dedication, and a love for food to our team. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• 3+ years of professional culinary experience , with a proven track record in leading a kitchen team.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and motivate staff.
• A creative mindset with the ability to design menus that excite and inspire.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
• A deep understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen best practices.
