About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as the Catering/Office Manager at Bigham's Smokehouse. As a staple in the Lubbock, TX community, we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and managing the day-to-day operations of our catering and office department.

Responsibilities:

Manage office administration tasks such as accounts payable, office organization, and HR responsibilities for all three stores

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of service and quality on the phone when speaking with customers

Collaborate and communicate with all three stores at a high level

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to help grow sales in the catering department

Requirements:

Prior experience in office management required

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, Excel, Point of Sale operations and other relevant software
