Financial Planning and Execution Manager
Job Description
You will be the subject matter expert for/manage the financial planning and execution of approximately a $500M Operations and Maintenance, Navy appropriation.
You will be a Business Financial Manager (BFM), executing contract funding in accordance with negotiated values and supporting timely contract awards.
You will complete purchase requests, analyze financial challenges, complete requests for funding, answer data calls, and requests for information while advising stakeholders on regulatory requirements.
You will lead portfolio-wide financial reviews, compile financial reports, and conduct evaluations of anticipated and known issues to provide recommendations of corrective action to leadership.
You will perform comprehensive budget execution analysis to monitor obligations, expenditures, commitments, and available balances, identify execution trends, funding shortfalls, and excess resources; and recommend appropriate actions.
