Descripción del puesto
Buscamos un(a) Gerente de Deli/Bakery para liderar las operaciones de nuestro departamento en el supermercado. Esta posición es responsable de supervisar al equipo de trabajo, asegurar la disponibilidad y calidad de los productos, y cumplir con las metas de ventas, margen y servicio al cliente. El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en supermercados, liderazgo de equipos y manejo de productos perecederos.
Responsabilidades principales
- Supervisar las operaciones diarias del departamento, incluyendo inventario, producción y presentación de productos.
- Asegurar la calidad, frescura y rotación adecuada de los productos perecederos cumpliendo con normas de seguridad alimentaria.
- Monitorear ventas, margen y merma para maximizar la rentabilidad del departamento.
- Liderar, capacitar y programar al equipo de trabajo para mantener altos niveles de productividad y servicio.
- Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente y atender pedidos, consultas o situaciones que puedan surgir.
Requisitos
- Diploma de Escuela Superior requerido.
- Bachillerato en Administración de Empresas, Mercadeo o área relacionada (preferible).
- 3 a 5 años de experiencia en supermercados, preferiblemente en Deli/Bakery o áreas de alimentos preparados.
- Experiencia supervisando personal y coordinando operaciones de departamento.
