• Join a team of 4 pediatric intensivists within a 40-person pediatrics department
• Flexible schedule: typically 3 days on, 4 days off the following week
• Call shared among 5 physicians; no in-house overnight requirement
• Covers PICU 24/7 plus Monday - Friday sedation services for pediatric patients
• Only accredited pediatric hospital in Central Wisconsin with over 40 subspecialties on site
• Residents and pediatric hospitalists in house 24/7 to support the team
