You’ll dive deep into product requirements and craft comprehensive test plans that ensure our systems perform flawlessly in the toughest conditions.What you can look forward to as a Senior Test Engineer:Researching and implementing new technologies in electrohydraulic test equipmentOverseeing development of complex test equipment and systems incorporating mechanical, hydraulic, electronic and software designDeveloping test methods and systems to simulate real world usage conditionsWriting software (LabVIEW, PLC, etc) to control and monitor complex test programsResearching and understanding industry standards as they relate to physical and electrical environmental product compliance and lifetime testingInterfacing with product engineering teams during the development processPlanning and overseeing the execution of test programs for product development from concept to production (serial) releaseDeveloping methods of analyzing data to create reports and other documentation based on data acquired during prototype, environmental and lifetime testingYour Profile as Senior Test Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is preferred.7+ years of relevant experienceSkilled and motivated in technical writing and process developmentHighly organized with exceptional project management and risk assessment skillsAbility to research, interpret, and implement test standards, and identify, analyze and solve problemsKnowledge of mechanical design, 3D modeling, hydraulic theory and system designKnowledge of sensors, automation, communication protocols, and industrial electrical wiringKnowledge of LabVIEW, PLC and other automation languagesMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future. The expected base compensation for this role is $88,200 - $126,500 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
