What You'll Do

• Provide perioperative nursing care for surgical patients in the operating room
• Assist with a variety of surgical procedures, including general, robotics, GYN, and colorectal surgeries
• Maintain sterile field and ensure OR safety protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff to deliver optimal patient outcomes
• Participate in emergency team activities when required
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate in electronic health records
• Adhere to hospital policies and standards for patient safety and quality care

What You Need

• Valid RN license for Louisiana or an appropriate state license
• Minimum of 3 years OR circulator experience
• Proficiency in general, robotics, GYN, and colorectal surgeries
• Epic experience
• Ability to work 3 days/week, 12 hours shifts
• Willingness to work holidays (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's)
• On-call availability as part of backup call team

• Flexibility to stay at the facility during emergency events
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
