Job Summary Client is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to work in a fast-paced production environment. This role involves accurately entering high volumes of tax-related data from imaged documents into multiple systems. The ideal candidate must maintain speed, precision, and confidentiality while meeting strict productivity and accuracy standards. Key Responsibilities Enter customer and account data from tax documents into internal systems Maintain a minimum of 12,000 keystrokes per hour Review, research, and correct data discrepancies Analyze and validate documents requiring detailed review Follow procedural manuals and departmental guidelines Meet production goals, deadlines, and quality standards Maintain confidentiality of sensitive tax information Required Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma (Minimum Education) Minimum 12,000 KPH with 95%+ accuracy Typing speed of 50 WPM with 95%+ accuracy Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently in a production-based environment Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Ability to follow policies and procedures Testing Requirements (Mandatory) Candidates must complete the SHL TalentCentral Data Entry Test prior to submission.
