This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to design your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment, distinguished as one of the few HIMSS Stage VII facilities in the country.Responsibilities:Provide long-term care for patients with chronic cardiovascular conditions such as heart failure, hypertension, arrhythmias, and coronary artery diseaseClinic patients per day: 20-25Call Rotation: 1:6Perform and interpret non-invasive cardiovascular tests, including 2D/3D echocardiography, stress testing, EKG, Holter monitoring, and cardiac CT/MRIConduct risk assessments and implement lifestyle or pharmacological interventions to prevent the progression of cardiovascular diseaseCollaborate with Interventional Cardiologists and Cardiothoracic Surgeons to determine when invasive procedures are necessary and provide post-procedural medical managementRequirements:Board Certified or Board Eligible (BC/BE) in Cardiovascular DiseasePossession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registrationExperience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation toolsStrong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)Benefits:Highly competitive salary offers (negotiable – MGMA guidelines)Contract bonuses off of RVU's and quality metricsSign-on bonus (negotiable)Medical/Dental/Vision insurance plans included403(b) opportunities including employer matchExceptional CME fundsLicensure reimbursement: license, CSR, DEA, Dues/SubscriptionsFlexible time off – total of 6 weeksOpen to H-1B applicants who meet all federal requirements and possess an unrestricted Indiana medical licenseCompetitive compensation package aligned with current MGMA benchmarks; final salary is indicative and subject to adjustment based on the candidate's professional experience and qualifications
