Your Responsibilities Procurement: Purchase materials and raw materials. Negotiations: Conduct price and discount negotiations with suppliers. Supplier Management: Evaluate quotations and select suitable suppliers. Claims Management: Coordinate and process supplier complaints and claims. Contract Management: Support the preparation and negotiation of supplier agreements. Invoice Verification: Review and approve supplier invoices. Schedule & Data Management: Monitor delivery dates and maintain relevant procurement data. Your Profile Qualifications: Completed commercial apprenticeship, degree in Business Administration or a related field, or an equivalent qualification. Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in technical procurement within the mechanical and plant engineering industry. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced in working with ERP systems. Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate confidently in English. Personal Skills: Self‑motivated, well‑structured, and committed working style, combined with strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
