Newberg, OR Allied Health Professional // MRI Technologist All On-site 13 weeks Day Shift 12 hours/day 3 days/week Shift Information Duration: 13 Weeks Start: 12/29/2025 Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) Description MRI Tech operates magnetic resonance imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physicians. They prepare and position patients, ensure safety protocols are followed, and screen for any contraindications to MRI scanning. The tech monitors image quality, adjusts scanner settings as needed, and assists with contrast administration. They also maintain equipment, document procedures, and provide clear communication to ensure a comfortable patient experience. Schedule and Requirements Will position float between units: No On-call required: No Weekends required: Yes (Fri - Sun could be part of placement initially but days may then change) Block schedules required: No Expected ratios: 1:1 Special requirements: Ability to use Client Artist 1.5 T scanner. Looking if possible for a 0.6 FTE for 2 x 12 hr shifts but will take 0.9 if that is only option.
