About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular pool cleaning and maintenance tasks, including skimming, vacuuming, and chemical balancing.
• Inspect pool equipment and report any issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while on the job.
• Complete service reports and documentation accurately and timely.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in pool cleaning or maintenance is preferred.
• Knowledge of pool chemicals and safety practices.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some Saturdays due to weather disruptions or holiday makeup days
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

We currently operate over 30 retail stores and over 190 service vans across eight states in the U.S.
