Team Structure

\n
• 2 Pulmonary/Critical Care physicians
\n
• 2 Nurse Practitioners (including one with extensive pulmonary experience)
\n
• 3 Respiratory Therapists and RN support
\n
• Dedicated clinical teams for each physician
\n

Clinical Overview

Outpatient Pulmonary Care

\n
• Majority outpatient practice (~80%)
\n
• Approximately 20–25 patients per day across clinic and consults
\n
• Mix of new patients (40 minutes) and follow-ups (20 minutes)
\n
• High volume of complex pulmonary cases and abnormal imaging
\n

Inpatient Responsibilities

\n
• Pulmonary and ICU consults only
\n
• Average 1–4 consults per day (up to 8 during peak season)
\n
• Consult-based model with no primary ICU management required
\n
• Flexible workflow to manage consults throughout the day
\n

Procedures

\n
• Dedicated weekly procedure day
\n
• 2–4 procedures per procedure day
\n
• Includes robotic bronchoscopy (Ion platform), chest tubes, and catheter placements
\n
• Opportunity to expand procedural skills with training available
\n

Sleep Medicine

\n
• 4-bed sleep lab with strong and growing demand
\n
• Approximately 12 in-lab sleep studies per week plus home sleep studies
\n
• Approximately 800 new CPAP setups annually
\n
• Embedded CPAP clinic with respiratory therapist support
\n
• Opportunity to grow into a Sleep Medical Director role over time
\n

Compensation and Benefits

• $460,000–$500,000+ base salary for Pulmonary/Critical Care (DOE)

Qualifications

Required

\n
• MD or DO degree
\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine
\n
• Eligible for Indiana medical licensure
\n

Preferred

• Sleep Medicine certification or strong interest
\n
• Interest in procedures (robotics a plus)
\n
• Desire to be part of a growing program long-term

• Team-oriented mindset with strong work ethic
