Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: 15.00/hr. Shift: Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm 100% Onsite

Job Description: Our team is seeking a highly motivated person for the role of Administrative Assistant. In this role you will transfer files and documents into our electronic documents storage. We are looking for associates who will thrive in a team-oriented, goal focused environment. We operate using Daily Management principles, providing immediate guidance and feedback, focusing on daily and monthly objectives. You will be responsible for following established workflows and delivering on-time completion of work. Beckman Coulter, an operating company within Danaher, is a growing organization looking for associates who meet the qualifications below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scan paper documents and save to instructed location.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word and Excel.
• Download documents from electronic system, save them to instructed location and re-upload to eTMF
• Independently execute work
• Apply basic analytical skills or scientific methods to perform daily tasks.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise, escalating as necessary.
• Search documents saved within system, noting any missing/expired documents.
• Perform other duties and cross training as assigned.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the associate is regularly required to stand for prolonged periods of time and work on a computer. Ability to lift 20-25 lbs.

Education/Experience:

• High School Degree or GED
