SAP OTC Project Manager

SAP OTC Project ManagerWe are seeking a highly motivated SAP OTC Project Manager to lead Order-to-Cash transformation initiatives and drive successful project delivery across global engagements. The role requires strong expertise in SAP OTC processes, Agile project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver business value and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP OTC projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.Manage project scope, schedule, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog management, and stakeholder reviews.Collaborate with business, functional, and technical teams to design and implement OTC solutions.Ensure effective governance, issue resolution, and project reporting throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate business process improvements across Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, and Accounts Receivable processes.Support change management, user adoption, and deployment activities.Qualifications & Experience:7 years of experience in SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and project delivery.Proven experience managing SAP implementation, rollout, or transformation programs.Strong understanding of SAP OTC processes, including Order Management, Billing, Credit Management, Shipping, and Receivables.Experience working in Agile delivery environments with Scrum or SAFe methodologies.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.Core Competencies:SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC)SAP Sales & Distribution (SD)Agile Project Management (Scrum / SAFe)Project Planning & ExecutionStakeholder ManagementRisk & Issue ManagementBusiness Process TransformationGovernance & ReportingChange ManagementA results-driven project leader who combines deep SAP OTC expertise with Agile delivery excellence to drive successful transformations, improve business processes, and deliver predictable outcomes while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
