As a Patient Access Representative, you’ll serve as a reliable first point of contact for our patients—greeting them, registering visits, verifying insurance, answering calls, and scheduling appointments using established workflows. What You’ll Do Welcome and check in patients in a calm, professional manner. Answer incoming calls, resolve routine questions, and route requests accurately. Collect, review, and verify demographic and insurance information with a high level of accuracy. Schedule appointments using documented protocols and clinic guidelines. Communicate clearly with physicians, nurses, and care teams to support smooth patient flow. Maintain organized front desk operations so each visit stays on track.
