We’re partnering with a local business in the Quincy area looking to add a reliable, friendly Administrative Assistant to their team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a laid-back office environment and wants to grow into a long-term role.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer phones and assist customers
- Help keep the office and inventory organized/stocked
- Learn day-to-day operations to support the team
- Assist with basic water testing (training provided)
- Jump in where needed to help things run smoothly
What They’re Looking For:
- Experience in office/admin, customer service, or management
- Sales experience is a plus (not required)
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently at times
- Willingness to learn a trade and grow with the company
