This is a hands-on role where you’ll interact directly with members of the public, represent client campaigns, create positive customer experiences, and help generate new customer interest and acquisitions. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in an active environment, and want to build practical experience while developing your communication skills, this could be a strong fit. What You’ll Do Support client campaigns at retail and event locations Engage with customers and start face-to-face conversations Introduce products, services, and current campaign offers Answer questions and build customer interestContribute to sales and new customer acquisitions Work alongside the team to achieve campaign goals Help create a positive experience for customers throughout each campaign What We’re Looking For Confident and comfortable interacting with new people Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive, professional, and reliable Comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment Motivated to learn and take on new responsibilities Experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, or other people-facing roles is preferred, but we’re open to candidates from different backgrounds who demonstrate the right attitude and communication skills. What You Can Expect Weekly base pay plus additional performance-related earnings Full training and ongoing support Hands-on experience working directly on client campaigns Development in communication, customer engagement, and salesOpportunities to take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience This is a full-time, in-person position in the Minneapolis area and involves proactively engaging with customers at retail and event locations.
