Registered Nurse (RN)

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a healthcare facility, providing quality patient care and clinical supervision. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, promoting their physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being. Evaluate patient needs through ongoing assessments and adjust care plans accordingly. Provide clinical supervision to CNAs and LPNs daily. Implement and interpret department policies, goals, and procedures. Maintain excellent customer service and foster positive patient interactions. Participate effectively in an interdisciplinary team, utilizing good judgment and reasoning skills. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Current, active RN license in the applicable state. Preferably one year of skilled nursing experience. CPR certification (must be current).
