We’re looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Inside Sales Account Executive who enjoys connecting with customers, solving problems, and helping businesses succeed. What You’ll Do

As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you’ll work with both existing pharmacy customers and new business opportunities to grow sales and strengthen customer relationships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Make 80–100 outbound calls each day to prospective and existing customers.
• Build long-term relationships with independent pharmacies across the country.
• Introduce new products, promotions, and value-added services.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotes, and previous conversations.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products that meet customer needs.
• Respond professionally to inbound customer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and internal systems.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and company sales goals.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience with every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are competitive, customer-focused, and motivated to succeed.

Preferred qualifications include:

• At least one year of inside sales, customer service, or call center experience
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer applications
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical products, or distribution is a plus—but not required.

Schedule

Monday – Friday

9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Eastern Time)

No weekends.

Experience

Preferred:

• Inside Sales: 1 year

• Call Center: 1 year
