Job Overview

BACK OF HOUSE – KITCHEN CREW 🔪

Craft sandwiches with care and keep things running smooth behind the scenes.

Responsibilities

Preparing food items according to recipes and quality standards
Assembling sandwiches and plates efficiently and consistently
Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen stations, tools, and storage areas
Restocking ingredients and supplies as needed
Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Coordinating with FOH staff to ensure timely service
Managing prep work and maintaining organization during busy hours
Assisting with opening/closing duties in the kitchen
Washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts

Skills
