Responsibilities

Greeting guests warmly and professionally as they arrive
Taking orders accurately and efficiently
Operating the POS system and handling payments
Running food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
Answering questions about the menu and specials
Keeping the dining area clean and presentable
Handling guest concerns or complaints gracefully
Working with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth service
