To lead impactful initiatives, the contract Senior Program Manager - Social Impact will manage volunteer programs, oversee grants administration, and drive measurable outcomes while working remotely for a duration of 12 months. Key responsibilities Manage and support volunteer programs and social impact teams, ensuring effective implementation and engagement Lead partnerships with solution partners, employee volunteers, and grant recipients to enhance enablement programs Oversee program monitoring, evaluation, and learning, including survey design, qualitative interviews, and data analysis Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in IT or engineering 5+ years of experience supporting volunteer programs and social impact initiatives 3+ years of experience leading teams focused on access, adoption, and measurable impact 3+ years of experience managing partnerships with solution partners and educational grant recipients 3+ years of experience in program monitoring, evaluation, and learning methodologies
