Source, screen, and schedule candidates using a variety of recruiting platforms and networking methods. Manage job postings, candidate communications, and interview coordination. Maintain applicant tracking system records and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Assist with offer preparation, background checks, and onboarding coordination. Track recruiting metrics and provide hiring updates to leadership teams. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or HR-related experience. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates and hiring managers. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
