Front Desk Receptionist
Trophy Nissan is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist. The Receptionist will be responsible for administrative work as well as contributing to a truly exceptional customer experience. An ideal candidate will be outgoing, reliable, detailed, prioritizes time management, and has a great attitude. Experience is a required. We offer PAID TRAINING. Responsibilities
- Greet all customers promptly, professionally, and get them with the proper associate.
- Accurately enter customers in CRM
- Assist customers with license plates
- Office administrative duties including FedEx and UPS
- Bring your 'A game' along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day
- Adhere to consistent and reliable work schedule
- Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions to uphold the Trophy Nissan brand
- Effectively perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Available to work flexible hours and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
- Bilingual is REQUIRED
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
