Step into a rewarding contract position for the 26/27 school year, where your expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist will support growth and success for both elementary and high school students. This full-time opportunity (8:00-4:30) places you at the heart of educational achievement, with a manageable caseload of approximately 45-50 students.
Ideal candidates bring clinical know-how and a collaborative spirit. Whether you hold your SLP-CCC or are working toward your SLP-CFY, you'll find this role designed to let you shine while making a meaningful difference in students’ lives.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Holds or eligible for a Speech Language Pathologist license (state requirements apply)
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY status
- Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings is highly valued
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to develop and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Eager to work with both elementary and high school populations
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with communication, language, and speech disorders
- Write and implement effective IEPs tailored to each student on your caseload
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
- Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain thorough records
- Advocate for students’ communication needs across diverse academic and social settings
