Job Title: Welder

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Hourly Rate: $30/hr-38/hr + Bonus + Overtime

Requirements: welding/ fabrication experience, MIG/GMAW

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team and contribute to a variety of large-scale projects. The ideal candidate will have experience with MIG welding and possess a strong background in structural fabrication. This role offers the opportunity to work on significant projects within industries such as aerospace and automotive, where precision and quality are paramount. The successful applicant will be responsible for executing high-quality welds in a fast-paced environment, supporting our ongoing pipeline of major projects.

Responsibilities

Perform MIG/GMAW welding on structural components, ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding procedures
Prepare materials and workpieces for welding, including cleaning and positioning
Maintain equipment and ensure proper setup for each task
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
Conduct inspections of welds to verify integrity and compliance with industry standards
Support the execution of large-scale projects across various sectors, including aerospace and automotive when applicable
Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment

Experience

Proven experience in MIG welding, particularly with structural steel fabrication
Extensive experience working on large projects with complex requirements
Familiarity with welding in industries such as aerospace or automotive is a plus
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards
Strong understanding of welding safety procedures and best practices
