We are an entrepreneurial, fast-paced organization where innovation, ownership, and execution are highly valued.Responsibilities- Develop category and business strategies by diagnosing key growth opportunities, structural challenges, and operational bottlenecks across TikTok Shop’s Collectibles business.- Partner closely with cross-functional (XFN) teams to define goals, pilot initiatives, and identify key areas for continuous improvement.- Conduct data-driven analysis, competitor benchmarking, and hypothesis testing to solve business challenges and identify new growth opportunities.- Work with product & tech teams to design scalable, tech-driven solutions that lower entry barriers for merchants and enhance overall platform competitiveness.Minimum Qualification(s):- Strong quantitative and analytical skills- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous business problems, develop hypotheses, and translate data into actionable strategic recommendations.- Experience in e-Commerce strategy & operations, category management, management consulting, or business strategy, with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives.- Hands-on experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to execute solutions that drive measurable business impact.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a structured and problem-solving mindset.Preferred Qualification(s):- A background in mathematics, statistics, business analytics, or related fields- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments, particularly within marketplace, e-commerce, consumer technology, or consumer goods sectors.Req ID: A253568
