Call Center Manager
Bayonet Plumbing Heating And Air Conditioning
General Job Description IES Residential is currently seeking an individual to join our Bayonet Plumbing, Heating, and Air Conditioning team. • Minimum 5 years supervisory experience managing a team of at least ten people • Experience working within a high-volume Call Center and/or Dispatch environment • Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written • Computer and technology literate • Highly attentive; does not overlook the details • Demonstrated ability to train others • Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize often • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check • Experience with Service Titan preferred Specific Qualifications Benefits: • Medical Insurance • Dental, Vision, Accident, Short Term Disability, Critical Illness, and Hospitalization Insurance • 401K • Company paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability Insurance.
