Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with clearly defined goals and therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care for clients.

• Participate in team meetings to discuss treatment strategies and share insights on client progress.

• Conduct crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, implementing safety planning as required.

• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with ethical standards and agency policies.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist license in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

New Age Marriage Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
