About the Position
Our law firm is seeking a California-licensed attorney with at least 2 years of experience in immigration law, family law, or personal injury to join our Pico Rivera, CA office. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish , highly organized, and capable of handling matters across multiple practice areas.
Responsibilities
- Handle cases in immigration, family law, or personal injury, including court appearances as needed
- Conduct thorough legal research and draft complex legal documents
- Prepare support letters, audit responses, motions, and appeals
- Resolve and troubleshoot complex legal issues across case types
- Organize, plan, and manage cases based on priority and deadlines
- Effectively use word processing tools and legal document databases
Qualifications
- Active California State Bar License (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of legal experience in immigration law, family law, or personal injury
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Experience or interest in immigration xhmxlyz law, family law, or personal injury
- Courtroom experience preferred
- Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
