California Privacy Notice About the Role: We are seeking a foundational Technician I to perform routine preventative maintenance (PMs), safely operate mechanical repair tools, and help sustain day-to-day warehouse or production conveyor uptime. Shift : Weekend Shift (Friday through Monday, 0700-1730 / 7am-5:30pm) Must be able to cover 1st and 2nd shifts as needed This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is based onsite in our Belton, MO fulfillment center. What You’ll Be Doing: Execute Safety Protocols: Conduct basic LOTO procedures to guarantee zero-energy work pockets within 6 feet of the working location Perform System Inspections: Identify operational hazards linked to mechanical movements and electrical shock; complete fall hazard training courses Conduct Field Maintenance: Use drills, impacts, and hand tools to perform basic mechanical updates, checking metric vs. standard fastener matches Support Part Replacements: Identify and track basic conveyor parts; record daily maintenance logs while maintaining chemical storage areas safely What We Are Looking For: Safety mindset focusing on OSHA and NFPA safety compliance Industrial Conveyance and sortation maintenance experience Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, diagnosis and repairs Intermediate efficiency in Office and/or Google suite applications Experience utilizing a CMMS and preventative maintenance scheduling Bonus if You Have: AC/DC motor troubleshooting, repair and instillation PLC, WCS and WMS systems experience Vendor management and parts room experience What We Offer: Competitive base salary & bonus program Medical, dental & vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Paid Time Off Free IPSY Extra subscription Learning & development programs EEO Statement: We celebrate diversity and are an equal-opportunity employer.
