Logistics Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire) Immediate Opening | In-Office/Onsite We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision. Position Details Start Date: ASAP Schedule: Full-time; hours may vary based on business needs Current schedule: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Employment Type: Temp-to-hire Compensation: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour Work Environment: 100% in-office Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound shipping, receiving, packing, labeling, and shipment tracking Verify shipments against orders and maintain accurate documentation Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues Support local delivery scheduling and route coordination Obtain shipping quotes and select cost-effective carriers Perform inventory counts and shipment audits Maintain and update shipment tracking reports and logistics records Qualifications & Skills 2+ years of logistics and/or warehouse experience Extensive data entry experience Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with vendors, drivers, stores, and customers Flexible, team-oriented, and adaptable in changing environments Technical Requirements Proficiency with FedEx, UPS, and shipping platforms Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required) Advanced Excel proficiency, including: Data entry
