Account Manager / Finance Lead- Part Time to Full Time

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant for part-time or contract work. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage essential financial records while supporting business forecasting and insights.

The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and possess excellent communication skills, ready to contribute to a smooth-running office environment. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial data and utilizing new technology and software to automate internal processes.

Duties

Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Enterprise accounting software, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
Maintaining financial management within software and account based billing, developing reports, providing insights and analysis of sales and accounts.
Strong knowledge of Quickbooks and certification of ProAdvisor is necessary as well as a strong work history with references

Qualifications

Proven experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks Enterprise w/3-10+ years of experience
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel (spreadsheets), and Outlook for email and calendar management
Good time management skills will be needed along with providing solutions for advancing bookkeeping systems.
