Salary: $45,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:

• We value Microsoft Exchange administration experience.
• We value Microsoft Teams administration experience.
• We value familiarity with collaboration technologies such as video conferencing.
• We consider knowledge of MS Dynamics an advantage.
• We value Microsoft Office 365 support experience, including Teams and Teams Rooms.
• We value basic user-level familiarity with iOS and MacOS.
• We require Spanish language proficiency.

• We answer calls and e-tickets in English and Portuguese within defined service levels.
• We provide troubleshooting support and training for specific technologies.
• We serve as a brand ambassador for the companies we support.
• We communicate with clients by email, chat, and phone while documenting incident details in a ticketing system.
• We work with other Collabtech teams to support smooth global delivery of collaboration technology solutions in client environments.
• We complete all training courses and modules within the required timeframes.
• We support external services and events.
• We deliver training sessions remotely and onsite.
• We handle other duties as assigned.
