About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to join its executive leadership team. The CMO will be a key figure in providing strategic clinical leadership, medical oversight, and operational guidance to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based, patient-centered care. This role involves leading the medical component with a focus on clinical excellence, population health, integrated care delivery, provider engagement, regulatory compliance, and improved health outcomes for the communities served. The successful candidate will be responsible for advancing the clinical strategy, strengthening care delivery models, and ensuring that the organization meets its mission and long-term sustainability goals. Applicants for the CMO position at the company must be Board Certified in a relevant medical specialty and have a minimum of 7 years' progressive clinical leadership experience. The role requires a physician executive with a strong background in community health, public health, and integrated healthcare delivery, particularly within complex healthcare environments. The CMO will be expected to have a deep understanding of population health, healthcare quality, patient safety, and value-based care models. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a related field and experience with HRSA, NYSDOH, Joint Commission, and healthcare compliance requirements. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative, mission-driven leader with a proven track record in improving clinical quality, provider performance, and patient access.
