Key Responsibilities:

• Safely load and unload materials, supporting seamless warehouse workflows

• Accurately pick, pack, scan, and kit products to fulfill customer orders

• Utilize RF scanners, barcode scanners, and warehouse management systems to manage inventory with precision

• Maintain an organized workspace following the 7S methodology to promote safety and efficiency

• Collaborate closely with team members to uphold safety protocols and ensure smooth daily operations

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• High School Diploma or GED

• Minimum of 1 year warehouse experience

• Proficiency with handheld scanners and operation of material handling equipment, including RF scanning guns

• Strong communication skills in English—reading, writing, and speaking

• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, twisting, pushing, and pulling

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., including objects of various shapes and sizes

• Positive, team-oriented attitude with flexibility to work in different temperature conditions and overtime as needed

• Reliable transportation is required, as the site is not accessible via public transportation

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.50 per hour
